Millipore continues buying spree with NovAseptic acquisition

Millipore is buying Sweden's NovAseptic for $91 million in cash. The deal gives Millipore the NovaSeptum technology for taking fluid samples during the drug manufacturing process. It reportedly provides fewer false positives of contaminants which are regularly assessed. Yesterday, Millipore announced it was buying MicroSafe, a Dutch contract laboratory, for $9.3 million.
