
Today we begin our live coverage of BIO 2009. We've already met with a number of attendees and companies promoting themselves at the show. Despite concerns about the economy, attendence is strong, and the line to get into the Elton John keynote started forming an hour before the speech started. We'll have details on his HIV/AIDS speech tomorrow, but in the meantime, here are our observations from day one of the show.
