Join FierceBiotech at the 2011 BIO International convention

On Monday, FierceBiotech begins its annual coverage of the BIO International Convention, which is being held in our hometown of Washington, DC. We look forward to seeing many of our readers in person and have several ways you can meet up with us during the show.

First, FierceBiotech editor-in-chief John Carroll will be hosting an Executive Breakfast at 7:00 AM on Wednesday, June 29. He'll speak with executives from AstraZeneca, Biogen Idec, Human Genome Sciences, Sanofi and Acorda on negotiating major regulatory issues that face drug developers today. The event is being held at the Grand Hyatt; you can register here.

For those of you on Twitter, or anyone who'd like to unwind after the first day of the show, we're also attending an informal meet-up Monday, June 27 at 6 PM at the Old Dominion Brewhouse. Stop by, grab a drink and introduce yourself to the Fierce team and other regular Twitter users.

Finally, if you can't make it to DC or would just like to keep up with all our show coverage, check out our microsite. It's a great source for all our coverage of BIO 2011, including interviews, panel discussion recaps, our events list, live tweets and photos from the show floor.

P.S. If you'd like us to swing by your booth, please email me or connect with me on Twitter; I'll do my best to visit with everyone at the show.
