ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, has selected the Oracle Health Sciences LabPas solution, delivered via the Oracle Health Sciences Cloud, to support subject recruitment, data capture and analysis, and enhance clinical workflows for its Phase I clinical trials.
Oracle Health Sciences LabPas will help ICON automate its early phase clinical trial processes and better integrate Phase I data with its existing clinical data capture and management systems.
By using Oracle Health Sciences LabPas to manage the clinical workflow and provide real-time access to data, ICON can improve the efficiency of Phase I research and provide more accurate data to the sponsor faster.
