Forward Pharma A/S Prices Initial Public Offering of ADSs

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Oct. 15, 2014 -- Forward Pharma A/S, a biopharmaceutical company working to advance a proprietary formulation of dimethyl fumarate for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and other immune disorders such as psoriasis, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,500,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), representing the Company's ordinary shares, at a price to the public of $21.00 per ADS. The ADSs are expected to begin trading today on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "FWP". The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,575,000 ADSs to cover over-allotments, if any.

Leerink Partners LLC, Jefferies LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers.  JMP Securities LLC is acting as co-manager.
