Formedix launches additions to their Transform suite
The family of integration and publishing products continues to expand this year

Formedix, Burlington, MA.  March 29, 2012

Formedix (http://www.formedix.com), a leading provider of clinical trial automation software and services is delighted to announce several upcoming product releases.  Adding to the ever-expanding family of integration and publishing products for end-to-end clinical trial automation, the company continues to build winning partnerships with leading Electronic Data Capture (EDC) vendors to provide the ability to build studies within multiple EDC systems all from one interface.  By offering these vendor neutral capabilities, Formedix provides universal choice.

Formedix has established relationships with leading EDC partners to develop Transform tools which create and visualize studies within multiple leading EDC systems.  These include Transform for Nextrials Prism and Transform for Medidata Rave and the list of partners continues to grow with new tools in development to be announced later this year.

Formedix CEO, Mark Wheeldon, explains "Our customers have experienced a 55% reduction in EDC build times using our universal Transform tools.  Formedix Transforms give users the ability to design in one environment and interface with multiple systems, broadening scope of choice of CROs and EDC vendors.  By providing a vendor neutral solution, our customers can choose one, work with all, based on standards."

The Formedix Transform suite of tools also features Transform for Paper:  Data Managers, Study and CRF Designers can now benefit from auto-generated plain and annotated CRFs, produced as print-ready pdf documents.  Transform for Paper provides the ability to convert into your required format and share internally and externally for collaborative working.

Finally, Formedix Transform for Define produces Define.pdf or Define.html from base Define.xml to save time and resources for organizations with a requirement to provide submissions to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as part of an Electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) submission.
