ERYTECH Announces Plans to Conduct Registered Initial Public Offering in the United States

ERYTECH Pharma (Paris:ERYP) (ADR:EYRYY) (Euronext Paris - ERYP), the French biopharmaceutical company that develops innovative 'tumor starvation' treatments for acute leukemia and other oncology indications with unmet medical needs, today announced that the Company plans to conduct a registered initial public offering in the United States.

This announcement is being made pursuant to and in accordance with Rule 135 under the Securities Act of 1933.
