Eagle Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. — EAGLE PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. ("EAGLE") (NASDAQ:EGRX) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,350,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "EGRX" on February 12, 2014. Eagle is offering all of the shares of common stock. Eagle has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 502,500 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on February 18, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
