Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AUXL) today reported that preliminary fourth quarter 2010 total net revenue was $61.8 million, up 28.7% compared with $48.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2009. For the full year 2010, preliminary total net revenue was $211.4 million, up 28.9% compared with $164.0 million in 2009.

2011 XIAFLEX Net Revenue Guidance

For 2011, Auxilium anticipates that 2011 XIAFLEX net revenues will be in the range of $55.0 to $67.0 million, including approximately $50.0 to 60.0 million in U.S. revenue, and $5.0 to 7.0 million in revenue recognized from royalties and milestones under the Pfizer contract.
