> San Francisco-based Five Prime and Boehringer Ingelheim have agreed to collaborate on new drug therapies in a deal worth up to $75 million. The two companies will work on rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases. Report

> Teva got final approval from the FDA for a generic version of Pravachol following a court ruling to lift an injunction blocking a copycat version of Bristol-Myers Squibb's blockbuster cholesterol-lowering drug.
