Aduro Biotech (ADRO) Appoints Blaine Templeman As Executive Vice President, General Counsel And Secretary

BERKELEY, Calif., Sept. 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aduro Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq:ADRO) today announced that Blaine Templeman has joined the company as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Aduro. Mr. Templeman has over 20 years of experience counseling biotechnology companies in the development and commercialization of their products and the protection of their intellectual property portfolios.

His transactional experience includes a variety of collaborations, licensing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, manufacturing and distribution arrangements and co-promotion transactions. Before Arnold & Porter LLP, he was a partner at Heller Ehrman. Mr. Templeman holds a J.D. from New York University and a B.S. from Oral Roberts University.
