Gaithersburg, Maryland-based Iomai has filed for an initial public offering designed to raise $83 million. Iomai has been developing vaccines and immunostimulants applied to the skin. Underwriting the offering are UBS Securities, SG Cowen, First Albany Capital and Susquehanna Financial Group.
