Targacept raises IPO cash, Vanda cuts prices

Targacept has raised $45 million in its IPO while Vanda Pharma has cut its asking price to $10 a share, down from $12 to $14 a share. Vanda is bidding to raise $58 million from the offering. Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, meanwhile, did not price, though that could happen in a few days. Omrix outlined plans to raise $55 million.
