Struggling Arca gets Nasdaq warning

Just a week after its auditors offered a going-concern red flag, Arca biopharma says that Nasdaq has issued a warning on its failure to meet the market's minimum financial threshold. The Denver Business Journal reported a few days ago that Arca reported to the SEC recently that it only has enough cash to get through the first half of this year.
