SPOTLIGHT: Erbitux trials produce mixed data

ImClone and Bristol-Myers Squibb report mixed results from two more studies of Erbitux. In one study of Erbitux with Best Supportive Care versus Best Supportive Care alone, the therapy demonstrated an improvement in overall survival. A separate trial comparing irinotecan to irinotecan plus Erbitux failed to demonstrate a statistically significant improvement for the Erbitux group. Report
