Sequoia gains $35M in third round
The Wellcome Trust has led a $35 million third round of venture capital for Sequoia Pharmaceuticals, which has been developing a therapy for drug-resistant HIV. MedImmune Ventures also jumped in as a new investor in the company. Much of the money is earmarked for product development.
