Sanofi's finally going to name a new CEO, chairman says

Sanofi ($SNY) will announce its new chief executive by the end of March, the drugmaker's chairman said, ending months of speculation and reported recruitment failure. The French company fired CEO Chris Viehbacher at the end of October, beginning a protracted and public effort to find a new leader than analysts say gradually eroded investors' faith in the company.
