MedImmune asking for broader CAIV-T approval

MedImmune plans to ask the FDA for clearance to market its inhalable flu vaccine to children and infants as young as six months. CAIV-T is MedImmune's follow up to FluMist, which has been a reoccurring disappointment to the drug developer. MedImmune plans to file the supplemental application by June.
