AMAG shares slump on new FDA letter

Shares of AMAG Pharmaceuticals plunged 20 percent after the company announced its second FDA response letter for its experimental anemia drug ferumoxytol. Regulators want more information on chemistry, manufacturing and controls, and required the resolution of certain deficiencies in the company's manufacturing facility and finalization of certain labeling issues.
