Last week we brought you the first installment of our look back at the fates of our first-ever list of Fierce 15 companies. Now we're turning our attention to the Fierce 15 of 2004. Some companies on this list--CombinatoRx, FivePrime and Micromet, to name a few--have fared quite well over the years, while others have faded to black.
