BIO International Convention 2009

Another year, another BIO International Convention done. As at previous shows, this year's meeting in Atlanta was packed with informative panels, numerous exhibits and attendees from around the world. Here's the convention by the numbers: The 176,000 square foot facility held 14,352 attendees; 170 panels were packed into 22 tracks; and 190 companies had 14,202 30-minute partnering meetings. But the numbers don't begin to tell you what went on at the convention. You can view our coverage here. Look for the Fierce team in Chicago next year, and we're definitely excited that 2011's convention will be held in our hometown of Washington, DC.
