Sanofi sues drug information startup over side effect info

Sanofi ($SNY) is suing startup Diagnosia over the publication of information about side effects and drug interactions in its physician decision support software. The service provided by Diagnosia gives physicians access to information to help them make prescribing decisions. However, Sanofi has taken umbrage at reports relating to metamizole, a pain reliever. "[It] is a strange claim. We are evidence-based, neutral and have in general no problem with pharma," Diagnosia co-founder Lukas Zinnagl told TechCrunch. Article
