There are two new investment rounds to report this morning. BiPar Sciences, which is developing PARP inhibitors as novel cancer therapies, announced today that it has raised $20 million from a combination of equity capital and venture debt financing. And Singulex has closed a $19 million financing round, led by JAFCO Co., Ltd. and supported by existing investors including OrbiMed Advisors and Fisk Ventures.
