AstraZeneca shares hurt by Toprol XL patent ruling

Shares of AstraZeneca slipped after a court ruled that its patent on Toprol XL for hypertension and angina were "unenforceable." AstraZeneca vowed to fight the ruling on Toprol XL, which earned $1.29 billion last year.
