Alex Gorsky, who joined J&J back in February after leaving Novartis will replace Sheri McCoy (photo) as Worldwide Chairman of J&J's Surgical Care Group, effective January 1, 2009, and become a member of the Executive Committee. McCoy will re replacing industry heavyweight Christine Poon (photo) as Chairman of the Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Group.
