A Little Rock, AR district court has dismissed the first Prempro lawsuit to make it to trial. The lawsuits relate to the use of Wyeth's Prempro, a hormone replacement therapy that many menopausal women used until it was discovered that the drug was linked to a 24 percent increase in breast cancer. There are still 5,000 lawsuits against the company remaining. Report [1]
