Reimbursement Policy Pro
A leading biotech company with life saving products has a great opportunity to join them and help fuel their growth.
Their products are injected biotech products and lead their class. Due to the complex payer environment they have a need for a managed care expert to work with the commercial payers to create favorable reimbursement policy. You would have national responsibility with key payers such as United Health Care. You would also be working with State Medicaids, but their focus currently is with the commercial payers. This is a critical position and will have an impact on their growth.
Their pipeline is full and the company has a very concrete career growth plan for this position. The manager of the group was promoted to supervise the field based policy managers. There are several divisions in which to grow with.
If you have the following we would like to talk with you:
· 5-10 years of biotech or pharma experience. We would consider medical device experience if you have managed care and Medicaid experience.
· Experience with managed care companies. At a minimum 3 years experience. Preferably your experience includes Part B products.
This territory covers the North-Eastern United States and has numerous options where it can be based.

SALARY: $115,000 – $155,000
