Software Engineer - BIOCIUS Life Sciences

Position Description

We are seeking bright and energetic candidates with strong software development skills, innovative problem solving abilities and a solid background in systems development. You must be well versed in object oriented programming practices in general and C++ development in particular. Duties will involve working with system architect and internal customers to develop system control, data analysis, and user interface software for complex laboratory automation systems.

The successful candidate will be experienced in writing software for automated systems and experience with some combination of the following:

* Inter-process communication
* Motion controls
* C# / C++ / C
* Serial communications
* Embedded software development
* Multi-threaded application development
