Quality Coordinator – 2nd Shift

We currently have several long term contract opportunities for Quality Coordinators in the Columbus, OH area. Please note that these are 2nd Shift (4:00PM to 12:30AM) opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
* Will collect all pertinent information regarding company Nutrition complaints and documents these complaints in a manner that is in accordance with the FDA regulations
* Will assist in the investigation and resolution of all quality concerns
* Will work closely with Division Quality Assurance, Medical Safety and Surveillance, Legal, Regulatory and Public Affairs
* Will become knowledgeable with company Nutrition Quality Assurance and
Manufacturing Operations procedures for company Nutrition products, to ensure
Credibility when communicating with consumers, customers and healthcare
Professionals
* Will maintain compliance with company Nutrition Quality Assurance (DQA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by properly following complaint procedures.
* Will Identify and document all complaints on company Nutrition products completely and accurately into the RPIC system.
* Will send required documentation to Quality Assurance and compensate consumers appropriately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
* Minimum of a 2 year degree – health care related degree preferred
* At least 1 year experience with Quality Assurance
* Knowledge of Nutrition Quality Assurance strongly preferred
* Knowledge of FDA & GMP regulations
* Strong customer service skills
* Patience & objectivity
* Excellent listening skills with strong attention to detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong self-management and organizational skills
* Enjoy working in a fast past, dynamic and ever-changing environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Computer skills: MS Office, experience with RPIC system preferred
