Area Center Compliance & Ethics Leader
We are looking to fill two positions from the following markets: Wilmington, DE; Chicago, IL; and Phoenix, AZ.
In this role, you will ensure compliance by field commercial personnel with federal, state and local regulations, guidances, laws and AstraZeneca Business Policies. The selected candidate will be responsible for influencing and providing guidance as to how to achieve compliance with the AstraZeneca US Business Policies, creating and delivering AstraZeneca US Business Policies compliance training for field-based commercial personnel, identifying and assessing risk, monitoring for continuous improvement, recommending effective controls and processes, and integrating specific compliance objectives for the US field Commercial organization.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in or supporting a commercial function; a JD, MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Applicants must possess in-depth knowledge of marketing and promotional processes, an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and sales interactions with all major customer segments, and strong working knowledge of the pharmaceutical compliance environment.
