Position Description
This position will be responsible for the implementation of compliance projects for US Commercial. Duties, among others shall include:
•Review CVs and assign tiers to HCP speakers and consultants
•Train end users on fair market value
•Coordinate review of consultant plans & provide initial review of documentation
•Assist in the design of trainings, including a tracking system for compliance training
•Coordinate with IT & CRM teams for compliance in business systems (e.g. Siebel, iExpense, ComplianceWire) related to consultants, promotional activities & fair market value
•Develop tools to enhance existing controls, (e.g. SOPs, Business Guidelines, FAQs)
•Serve as a resource in responding to compliance questions and issues in the commercial unit
