Position Description
Pharma-Cruiting is partnering with an early stage women’s diagnostic medical device company in the US and is now building an elite management team.
The early stage company has already received FDA 510(k) certification for their first product and holds many patents and IP on their device and technology.
At the present time, our client is currently unfunded and we are seeking candidates who will also act as angel investors ($250k minimum) for this exciting investment opportunity. Non-investor candidates may be considered in the future depending on funding.
We are seeking the following candidates: Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Medical Director and Corporate Lawyer. We are also looking for Investor Board Members.
Senior level experience in women’s health industry along with excellent track record and strong connections are required. Industry experience is not required for the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Lawyer.
These will be virtual positions in the initial 7 month phase.
