Position Description
RiskMAP Analytics and Reporting
- Oversee the TOUCH / RiskMAP reporting requirements to the FDA and ensure TOUCH Data quality
- Manage the development of TOUCH data readout decks for internal forums (Drug Safety Risk Management Meetings, TYSABRI RiskMAP Management Meetings, etc)
TYSABRI & AVONEX Program Analytics & Reporting
- Oversee the Monthly TYSABRI & AVONEX Monthly Business Reviews
- Manage the consolidation of partner operational metrics and reporting, driving partner management excellence & goal setting
- Provide financial assistance and Reimbursement analytics/reporting to PS colleagues to support their ongoing program strategy development, program design and ongoing program evaluation
- Provide program Therapy Support analytics/reporting to PS colleagues to support their ongoing program strategy development, program design and ongoing program evaluation
- Manage the influx of adhoc analytics and reports requests coming from both internally and cross-functionally.
TYSABRI & AVONEX Operations Analytics & Reporting
- Manage the development of TYSABRI and AVONEX operational modeling and reporting
- Lead the yearly and long term staffing forecasting for operations, through extensive ops modeling based on Business Planning patient forecasts
- Lead the unification of TYS & AVX operational metrics driving consistency across brands. Include a standardization of Dashboards for reporting purposes such as Cycle time, Conversion, etc
- Lead the TYSABRI and AVONEX annual operational goal setting process metrics and it’s ongoing evaluation and reporting throughout the year
- Provide operational Therapy Support analytics/reporting to support ongoing operations.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have demonstrated abilities to manage complex analytical modeling and reporting activities. Experience using Business Objects a plus. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, people, and effectively influence and communicate with internal and external partners. Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
