Position Description

Franchise Therapy Support (Persistency)
Oversee the Franchise persistency portfolio strategy & Program Development, in collaboration with the marketing CRM initiative
-Develop tactical activities that optimize our portfolio and brand persistency efforts
-Optimize the capacity of our therapy support operations, with the goal of providing therapy support to all patients who are interested.
Provide ongoing assessment of our Persistency operations successes, challenges, and continuous improvement ideas.

Sales and Marketing Liaison
Liaise with assigned internal and external partners to represent and drive brand strategy through Patient Services.
-Implement promotional communication strategy for patient promotions ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy
Ensure Patient Services representation at industry meetings and work with sales training to incorporate Patient Services into POA planning
- Review market research and manage Patient Services surveys to provide strategic oversight and recommendations to senior management
- Drive the TYSABRI Patient Services Brand planning process
Gain approval for strategies and tactics through the internal review process

TOUCH Online (TOL)
Oversee the ongoing strategy and development of TOL
- Integrate cross-functionally our TOL strategies with a cross-functional vision of disseminating TOUCH Data to our customers
- Lead the effective field launches of new TOL functionality to new customers (i.e. Specialty Pharmacies)

General
-Facilitate cross-functional teams to integrate patient, physician, and infusion site interactions across Commercial, Drug Safety, Distribution, Regulatory and Legal
-Ensures all patient services activities are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
-Develop systems, processes, talking points, standard operating procedures and training to support new initiatives
-Manage partners as needed to execute programs

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence and communicate with internal and external partners. Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of and/or experience with building customer retention strategies within healthcare markets
•Proven ability to build a robust business case for large, strategic projects
• Marketing and/or consulting experience a plus
