DESCRIPTION:
The senior biostatistician will design and analyze experiments and clinical studies to develop and risk stratification, and prediction of therapeutic benefits in oncology. He/she will conduct statistical modeling and algorithm engineering to develop powerful algorithms for clinical diagnostic products. He/she will write statistical analysis plans, technical reports and documents for regulatory submission for FDA approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
PhD or MS in biostatistics/bioinformatics or related field plus 3 years of experience in statistical data analysis including linear modeling and survival analysis. Candidates with experience in genomic (e.g., microarrays) data analysis are especially encouraged to apply. Strong statistical programming skills in one of R/S-Plus/SAS/Matlab are required. Programming in one or more scripting languages (Visual Basic/Perl/Python/Ruby) or C++/C#/Java is highly desirable.
