Description:
Based on the protocol, CRF, existing final study report, and high-level description of additional desired analyses, prepare detailed TLG and derived variable specifications in order for the analyses to be implemented by our statistical programming group. Performs detailed QC of TLGs and derived datasets programmed by our statistical programming group, including possible double-programming of key variables or tables. Programs ad hoc or exploratory analyses in SAS or S-Plus in order to explore areas where more formal analyses could be useful. Performs QC of final documents, presentation slides, or e-submission deliverables (dataset specifications, data tipsheets) to ensure that results and methods are clearly and correctly presented.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in statistics/biostatistics with at least 3 years of clinical trials experience (industry or CRO) or Masters’ degree in statistics/biostatistics with at least 5 years of clinical trials experience. Substantial SAS programming experience. Substantial experience in preparing detailed analysis specifications. Experience with regulatory submissions
Experience with oncology clinical studies. Experience programming in S-Plus. Strong background in survival analysis methods.
