Job Description
In this visible position you will work closely with Operations, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to coordinate the execution of contract milestones under aggressive deadlines. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate internal project teams to address all client issues including technology transfer, generation of GMP documentation, equipment and raw material purchases, and shipping and delivery schedules
Fulfill customer requests in a timely manner, including inventory requests, documentation requests, etc. Liaison to customers across a variety of operational functions May also be responsible for assisting in the generation of price quotes and project proposals
We have a position located in the Boston, MA area for Product Manager.
Required Skills
B.S/B.A or equivalent, 5+ years biotech/pharma industry experience is a must. MBA is preferred. Must have Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing or Biopharmaceutical Process Technology Background.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN to candidates who possess a strong GMP Operations background, such as prior hands-on experience in biologics manufacturing or product development.
Required Experience
Solid technical base in development and GMP manufacture.
Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Previous contract experience and/or EVMS (Earned Value Management System) training is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work in a positive, highly responsive manner with a strong orientation toward customer service
Must have FDA regulatory compliance, process development performance optimization, tech transfer/microbial manufacturing operations processing experience.
PRIOR BIOTECH/PHARMA INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
