Position Description
Toxikon is currently seeking a Director of Safety Pharmacology to scientifically contribute to the Toxicology program. Candidate will have the responsibility of assisting in the testing and supervising of all activities related to the toxicology and pharmacology department programs. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: support of toxicology studies leading to product registration, investigating and conducting programs according to GLP, non-GLP, and all regulatory compliance guidelines, development of new testing procedures and associated validations and services for the departments, interpretation and reporting of data and preparation of final reports.
Candidates must have Ph.D. or equivalent degree with 5+ years of industry experience or M.S. with 10+ years of industry experience. Management experience is also a requirement of this position.
