Sr. Scientist - Lentigen

Position Description

Lentigen has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Scientist to lead the Influenza VLP Vaccine effort. Lentigen has recently received a grant to develop Virus Like Particle vaccines for seasonal and pandemic influenza into clinical trials. An experienced process development scientist is being sought to develop and test methods of purification, concentration, and optimization for the VLP product. Candidate must be proficient with all sorts of column chromatography, and have experience purifying viruses or viral-like particles. The Senior Scientist should have knowledge and experience in areas of biotechnology process development, technology transfer, manufacturing and process validation. The position is full time for 2-3 years, with opportunity to extend to permanent.
