Science Principle Accountabilities
Research Associate-Hybridoma
As the Research Associate, you will be involved in all aspects required to produce antibodies using Hybridoma cell lines. You will perform a variety of biology techniques including tissue culture of hybridoma cells subcloning and characterization of cell lines, ELISA and flow cytometry. as well as display the ability to troubleshoot problems and research and test ideas to improve processes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline and preferably, one year of laboratory experience in hybridoma cell or related mammalian cell culture. This is an entry level position however some experience with general lab techniques is required, as is familiarity with current concepts in immunology. The candidate will work closely with other team members and therefore must have excellent communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must have solid work ethics, be highly motivated and reliable and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
