Position Description

The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional academic and law firm credentials;
- Advanced science degree preferred;
- 3+ years in-house experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other life sciences-related company;
- 5+ years experience preparing and prosecuting pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology patents;
- Experience working directly with scientists; and
- Active state bar membership required, CA preferred.
