Medical Technologist - Toxikon corporation

Position Description

Toxikon is currently seeking an experienced Medical Technologist for our Clinical Pathology Lab. Duties will include analyzing samples of biological material for biochemical and/or biological composition, operating, calibrating and maintaining all equipment used in clinical chemistry and hematology laboratory, ensuring accurate results and data entry into automated acquisition software, and providing relevant technical support to study directors.
Candidates must have an Associates or Bachelors degree in the biological sciences with 2-3 years of experience in a Hematology or Clinical Pathology lab. Candidate must be an independent worker with excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Candidates should have a working knowledge of laboratory animal species.
