Position Description
As a Customer Service Telesales Lead Specialist you will support Agilent’s customer service dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to apply your leadership and customer service skills in a growing customer service sales environment. Based in our Wilmington Delaware sales center, you will work within the sales channels to drive order growth primarily through inbound customer service sales activities. You will provide a quick response in the form of answers to customer inquiries, and will be expected to provide coaching to our team that will help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer questions from customer service team, customers, and other departments related to service and delivery..
- Work with other departments to research customer issues.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and situations.
- Help train staff on a variety of issues.
- Utilize marketing promotions to generate leads and to grow sales.
- Perform activities associated with customer service and sales.
- Work with manager to help department become more efficient and customer friendly.
- Work with team to look for ways to become more customer focused.
The preferred hours for this position are 8:30-5 Eastern Standard Time.
Requires:
- Requires 3 years of customer service experience
- Gas Chromatography product experience is a plus.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Strong interest in interacting directly with customers (via phone, email)
- Excellent verbal, written and phone communications skills
- Experience with business application computer skills (Microsoft Office, database applications, CRM tools)
- Experience as a team player working in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
- Available for travel as needed
- French language skills a plus.
