Director, Clinical Drug Development - Stanton Chase International

Position Description

Stanton Chase has been retained by a major pharmaceutical company to recruit an Infectious Diseases Senior Clinical Translational Medicine Expert. This is a Director-level position. Compensation is very competitive and includes a comprehensive benefit package and bonus. The position is based in New Jersey.

The role of the Senior TME is to develop and implement profiling strategies for assigned drug development projects and to provide contributions to dossiers that meet regulatory requirements. The Senior TME will develop the profiling portion of the full Clinical Development Plan and contribute to critical evaluations of other components of registration and marketing strategy. He or she will implement effective strategies, manage projects/publications and evaluate in-licensing candidates; and act as the primary company representative to Health Authorities in matters and meetings which focus on clinical aspects of full development.

Qualifications for this position include:
• MD or PharmD Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Pharmaceutical Co., CRO or Hospital, or related clinical experience
• Early clinical development experience for allocated projects to proceed from animal to man to full development.
