The Technical Information Services (TIS) Coordinator provides system knowledge (Oracle and Matrix 1) for our Santa Clara TIS Operation. Actively support our Nanotechnology Measurements Division and Nano Positioning Measurements Division by documenting details for New Product Introductions (NPI), Active products in production, and Obsolescence of discontinued products.
You will also serve as a focal point within Order Fulfillment for new part and product set-ups. You will use technical and business systems to facilitate the research, planning, creation, coordination, administration, implementation, and archival of new setups and engineering changes for products manufactured by the Santa Clara and Chandler organizations in the Materials Science Solutions Business Unit (MSSU).

Qualifications:
Requires detailed knowledge of product structuring, new product set-ups, engineering change notifications, production change orders, and related activities.
Five years experience in a related function is required. This is not an entry level position.
Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is highly desired.
The ability to work independently with your customer base is very important.
Knowledge of Product Life Cycles is very important.
