Position Description
CFO opportunity with established oncology biotech company located in S. San Francisco. The successful candidate will have industry experience in biotech or pharmaceutical. MUST have strong Wall Street contacts. You will have experience in IPO, merger/acquisition, fund raising, and strong financial management.
The incumbent is a change agent, being brought in to regrow he business. This company has an oncology drug heading into Phase III development. They will be filing their NDA and are looking for someone who can financially manage the filing.
You must have strong CFO experience working in industry in order to qualify for this position. Relocation is possible. This is part of the executive team and is a senior level position.
