Experience it for yourself. Reporting to the Regional Head, for Clinical Operations in Asia Pacific/Africa you’ll be leading and managing a high performing drug development team, to ensure the success of Roche’s research and development within a culturally diverse region.

Managing a team of experienced Clinical Research Line Managers, you’ll be setting the strategic direction and ensuring high performance of the team. The team is comprised of Project Managers with Asia Pacific/Africa responsibilities, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Assistants and Administrative Assistants. This team works on Roche’s strong pipeline of medicines across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Metabolism, Inflammatory, Central Nervous System and Virology. Drawing on your global drug development leadership and management experience, ideally at a senior level and with multiple line reports, you’ll be encouraging others to make a difference. You’ll be able to engage your team and manage change effectively within the Australian organisation.

You’ll also be providing assistance to the Regional Head, in shaping the direction and managing the performance of the region. You’ll form part of the global team and will represent and provide input for Australia and the region.
