Extraction Technician - Toxikon corporation

Position Description

Toxikon is seeking extraction technician that will hold responsibilities including preparation of extracts and dosing solutions for In-Vivo toxicology, Genotoxicology, Cytotoxicology and Hematology, maintaining calibration records for equipment in the lab. Candidate is required to have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, for interfacing with study director and customers who may have specialized preparation instructions for test articles.

Successful candidate must have good math skills, be able to work independently, should have good hand strength for cutting polymers and other materials into required surface areas, and experience with Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and documentation skills required.
Community college certificate or Associates degree will be sufficient. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
