Position Description
National Specialty Pharmacy that is the leader in its field is expanding and looking for a DIRECTOR PRODUCT LINE/CLINICAL SERVICES director to serve as the liaison to manufacturers for designated product lines, representing issues, opportunities and future initiatives to result in a profitable business model. Will coordinate development and implementation of goals and objectives to manage present service model and ensure that it meets the needs of the manufacturers and market in the future. Will participate in short and long range planning resulting in creative and innovative programs to address future needs of manufacturer, payor, physicians and patient/customers. The position is based in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have marketing/product line experience from inception to market, will have a can-do mentality, experience in big/small pharma and have managed or worked with clinicians. Preferred education is an advanced degree and/or clinical degree. The compensation package is very competitive, and includes base salary, bonus incentive, long term incentives, relocation, etc.
