Responsibilities will include the design, synthesis, purification, identification and scale-up of process intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients in preparation for toxicological and clinical evaluation.

While not required, prior process R&D experience and/or a working knowledge of cGMP synthesis are highly desired. Requirements include a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. degree in synthetic organic chemistry or related fields as well as proven communication skills.
